CANCELLATION POLICY:
CANCELLATIONS
We kindly ask that you provide more than a 24-hour notice from your scheduled appointment for any cancellations or changes via phone call or text Lori. ( do not leave a message on the website's contact form, we will not get to it until the salon opens during business hours.
NO SHOW/NO CALL
Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without contacting us via a call to cancel or change your appointment will result in requiring you to pre-paid a none non-refundable retainer fee, if it happens a second time you will be permanently blacklisted and yes we keep records for life.
TARDINESS

Due to schedule commitments to other clients’ schedules, we may have to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 10 minutes late. for color touch, we may need to reschedule you, as the salon schedules color applications every 15 minutes.

We may have to reschedule any other appointment 15 minutes + later as well.

Please consider that extra time may be needed when locating street parking.
LITTLE ONES
We love children and animals, and for the safety and comfort of our staff, clients, and your loved ones, ask your kids and animals, if bring pets or children that are not getting services done, please arrange to have another adult take care of them while you have your service. Please be considerate to clients that have allergies, or phobias of pets, also be aware that a lot of tools have 200-450 degrees, razor-sharp scissors, and dangerous chemicals that are accessible to your kids. The salon is not liable for any illness or injuries that may happen while your children or pets while in the salon.
ONLINE APPOINTMENTS REQUEST
Please be aware that an appointment request does not mean that you booked that time and date already, all appointments must be reviewed by the reception desk to see if we have availability as we get phone requests as well and have a waiting list for cancellations. If it's not available you will get a call or text with available times and dates, please respond as soon as possible or add notice to your request for alternative times and dates.
